Fitraat Focus for writers
The draft starts before the mood does.
A blank page is where you go check something else. A short activation and one intention make the first sentence cheaper than waiting to feel ready.
Why the page stays blank
Writing stalls when the start depends on wanting to write. Fitraat Focus treats the draft as a task with a finish line, and the sitting as a loop you can run on an ordinary day. Flow shows up more often when the goal is clear and the feedback is the page itself.
Why this, for the draft
A tiny start
Activation is one ritual, then the timer. You do not wait for a long quiet morning that never arrives.
One scene, one sitting
The intention is a scene, a section, or a revision pass. Not the whole book.
You can see the return
Reflect and streaks are evidence you came back. A writing life is the return, not one heroic day.
The phone stays covered
On Android, choose the apps that stay closed. When one opens, Fitraat Focus covers it. While the focus timer runs, you can add blocks, and you cannot remove them until the timer ends.

How a writing session runs
Decide the page before you open it.
01
Put the piece in a system
Outcome, sections, tasks: outline, scene, rewrite, cut. Take a copy or write your own.
02
Choose today’s page
Add one task to Todo. If energy is low, make the task smaller. Start anyway.
03
Prepare the desk
Time, space, the draft, the notes you actually need. Intention in one sentence.
04
Write inside the timer
Stay with the page. A break is standing up, not a new tab.
05
Close the file
A closing ritual so the sentence does not chase you. Score the sitting. Leave a note for the next start.
