Fitraat Focus for students
The chapter has a finish line.
Revision fails when the book is open and the phone is closer. A purpose system is the syllabus as finishable tasks. The session is how you sit with one of them.
Why students lose the hour
You do not need another list of every chapter. You need one task you can finish before the timer ends, and a way to start it without negotiating with your phone. Fitraat Focus keeps the syllabus in a purpose system and the sitting in a 5-step session: Prepare, Activate, Focus, Close, Reflect.
Why this, for study
The work is visible first
A purpose system is outcome, sections, and tasks. You see what done looks like before you sit down, instead of rereading the same page.
One intention, not the whole exam
Prepare asks for a single intention. ‘Chapter 4, questions 1–8’ beats ‘I’ll study everything’ and then opening a chat.
The hour leaves a score
Reflect scores focus, energy, and satisfaction. Stats shows whether revision is getting cleaner, not only whether you were at the desk.
The phone stays covered
On Android, choose the apps that stay closed. When one opens, Fitraat Focus covers it. While the focus timer runs, you can add blocks, and you cannot remove them until the timer ends.

How a study session runs
Same loop every sitting. The subject changes. The start does not.
01
Take the system
Browse a purpose system for the exam, course, or skill. Take a copy. The sections are the phases. The tasks are what you can finish.
02
Put one task on today
Add it to Todo. High priority if it is the thing the exam will actually ask.
03
Prepare the five
Time, space, energy, resources, intention. When the five are ready, Begin Deep Work.
04
Focus, then close
Work the timer. Break guard is for the break, not a feed. Close so the chapter does not follow you into the next class.
05
Reflect
Score the sitting. Tomorrow you open the same system, not a new method.
