Fitraat Focus for founders
The company is built in blocks.

The inbox will take the day if you let it. The work that moves the company needs a protected block with a finish line, not leftover minutes.

Why the important work waits

Founders live in messages. The product, the hire, the hard decision — those need a session that is not a reply. Fitraat Focus is that appointment: decide the cue before the day gets loud, then run one loop and stop.

Why this, for the company

Decide before the inbox

An if-then plan — this time, this place, this outcome — beats hoping you will ‘get to the real work’ after Slack.

One outcome per sitting

The intention is the decision, the spec, or the call you must prepare. Not ‘founder stuff.’

A small start still counts

If the day is already broken, shorten the block. Begin anyway. The habit is the loop.

The phone stays covered

On Android, choose the apps that stay closed. When one opens, Fitraat Focus covers it. While the focus timer runs, you can add blocks, and you cannot remove them until the timer ends.

A task added to today
The day’s real work goes on the list before the messages do.

How a founder session runs

Protect the block like a meeting you would not skip.

  1. 01

    Write the outcome

A purpose system for the company, or one High todo: the thing that is not a message.

  2. 02

    Book the five

Time and space first. Phone and chat out of the room. Energy and resources checked so you do not get up in minute four.

  3. 03

    Activate

A short ritual, then start. The decision was made in Prepare, not in the middle of avoiding it.

  4. 04

Work until the intention is done

Or until the timer ends. Do not expand the task because you are ‘in it.’

  5. 05

Close, then return to the company

End cleanly. The rest of the day can be messages. This block was not.
