Fitraat Focus for teachers
The lesson is finished before the day starts.
Marking and messages eat the hour you meant for the lesson. A session is that lesson, prepared, with a start you do not renegotiate.
Why prep never quite happens
Teaching days are interruptions by design. The work that makes the class better — the lesson, the feedback, the material — needs a block that is decided in advance. Fitraat Focus is that block: a prompt, a small start, and a clean end so the rest of the day can be the classroom.
Why this, for teaching
The cue is set while you are calm
If-then: after the first bell, or before the commute, this lesson gets a session. You do not decide again when you are tired.
One lesson, not the whole term
The intention is tomorrow’s class, one set of comments, or one worksheet. Small enough to finish.
You come back
A missed day resets a streak. You restart the same five steps. You do not design a new planning system on Sunday night.
The phone stays covered
On Android, choose the apps that stay closed. When one opens, Fitraat Focus covers it. While the focus timer runs, you can add blocks, and you cannot remove them until the timer ends.

How a prep session runs
Finish the class before you teach it.
01
Make the term a system
Sections are units. Tasks are lessons, quizzes, and the feedback you owe.
02
Pick one
Add it to today. High if students will meet it tomorrow.
03
Prepare in five
Time you actually have. Space away from the staff chat. The slides and the book already open.
04
Build inside the timer
Activate, then work. Stop when the intention is done, even if you could ‘just add more.’
05
Close
Leave the lesson where you can find it. Reflect in one minute. Teach the class. The system is still there tonight.
