How to use purpose systems
A blank list has no finish line. A purpose system does: an outcome, a story, sections, and tasks you can finish, written by someone who ran the work. In Fitraat Focus these are called Programs.
01
Find a program
In Todo, open Programs → Find a program. Or browse purpose.fitraatfocus.com. Search by title. Filter Exam, Career, Study, Craft, Health.
02
Read it before you add it
Open the system. Read the purpose, who wrote it, the sections, and the tasks. Browsing is public. Adding a copy needs Google sign-in (same account as the app).
03
Add this program
In the app: Add this program. On the website: Take a copy. You get your own copy. Later edits by the creator do not change it.
04
Put a task on a day
Open the program. Add to today, or pick another day. It appears on that day’s Todo list with a From {system} badge. Completing it updates both the day and the program.
05
Run it in a session
Begin Deep Work. Today’s unfinished program tasks sit in the timer with your other todos. Check them off while you work.
Keep this
- The app holds the session. The program holds the work.
- You can write your own system at purpose.fitraatfocus.com.
