Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. No refunds
Fitraat Focus does not refund Premium purchases. Monthly and yearly fees are final once payment is completed and access to the paid period has started. We do not refund a charge because you changed your mind, did not use the app, or have time left in the period you already paid for.
2. What you are buying
Premium is a digital subscription. On the website the plans are $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year, billed in advance in US dollars. Access starts as soon as the paid period begins. Taxes may be added where the law requires them.
3. Cancellation is not a refund
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current month or year. Premium stays available until the end of the period you already paid for, then it ends.
4. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same plan length until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next charge. A renewal that has already been paid is not refunded.
5. Trials
If a trial is offered, cancel before it ends so the first paid period is not charged. After that paid period starts, the charge is not refunded.
6. Price changes
We may change the price of a future renewal. The new price applies at the next billing date after it is posted. The period you already paid for keeps the price you were charged, and that charge is not refunded.
7. Billing errors
A valid subscription fee is not refunded. If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation that was confirmed before renewal, contact us and we will correct that billing error. Fixing a mistaken charge is not a refund of a subscription you agreed to buy.
8. Payment disputes
Contact support before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is filed for a valid charge, we may suspend Premium on that account until the dispute is resolved.
9. Who bills you
Website purchases are processed by Paddle. This policy applies to those charges. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are billed by that store, and a refund request for a store charge is handled by the store under its own rules.
10. Rights that the law keeps
Nothing in this policy removes a right that the law in your country does not allow us to exclude. Where a non-waivable consumer right applies, we will follow that law.
11. Contact
For a billing error or a cancellation question, email [email protected]. This policy is part of the Terms. Payment data is described in the Privacy Policy.
