Make the start small enough to repeat
Fogg’s model: motivation comes and goes. Ability and a clear prompt do more of the work. That is why Fitraat Focus starts with pillars and a short activation, not a pep talk.
In Fitraat Focus
- Keep activation short. One ritual you will actually do.
- If energy is low, pick a shorter Block Time. Start anyway.
- Let the prompt be the app: open Focus, complete the five, begin.
Keep this
- A tiny start beats a heroic plan you skip.
- Design the first minute. The rest of the session can follow.
